Act Program for EMEND

Reimbursement/Patient Assistance Program

Health care reimbursement can be difficult to understand. To ease the process of identifying and securing coverage for EMEND, we created the ACT program to assist patients who have been prescribed EMEND and their caregivers.

What is ACT?

ACT is a 2-part program designed to assist insured patients with reimbursement issues and to provide product support for qualified individuals lacking coverage.

When you call the toll-free number, 866-EMEND-Rx (866-363-6379), an ACT Reimbursement Specialist will help answer questions related to insurance coverage for EMEND and process applications for patient assistance.

You will receive personalized assistance during the entire process—the same Reimbursement Specialist remains dedicated to you from one call to the next.

Your ACT Reimbursement Specialist can assist you with:

  • Answering questions about your insurance coverage
  • Identifying and applying for alternate sources of payment
  • Working with you to resolve specific issues related to payment, reimbursement, or payment denials, including initiating the appeals process
  • Providing your physician with template letters for prior authorization and medical necessity
