- I purchased the app but it didn't download.
- How do I delete the app?
- How do I reinstall the app?
- How do I remove my stored information?
- Whenever I try to sync my iPhone or iPod touch with iTunes I get an error message that it can't install the app on my device.
- Does Merck collect any personal information that I store in this application?
Profiles
- How do I delete a profile?
- How do I add additional profiles?
- Do I have to input "chemotherapy" and/or "medication" when I am setting up a profile?
Diary
- I have multiple profiles set up and the diary entry keeps defaulting to the first one. How can I get it to default to the one I want?
- What does a dot on a specific day mean in the Diary calendar view?
- What does an orange dot on a specific day mean in the Diary calendar view?
- If I want to record symptoms, chemotherapy, and medications without first making a Quick entry, how do I do that?
- I want to record a diary entry for another profile on a day where I've already recorded information for a different profile. I don't see the Quick entry button when that day is selected, so how can I make this additional diary entry?
- There was a day on which I received a different medication for that day only and I would like to record it. If it is not in my preselected list, how do I add it?
Reports
- Why do the reports always default to the same dates when I have already set up the date range I want to see?
- How do I save reports?
- The year does not display in my Reports. How can I display the year for an entry?
- I would like to do a report for more than a 7-day/7-week period. Is there a way to do that?
