Significantly more patients on the regimen with EMEND achieved complete response compared with those on an active-control regimen.

In Study 2, the percentage of patients who achieved complete response on the regimen with EMEND compared with those on an active-control regimen was similar to the results seen in Study 1 (63% vs 43%, P<0.001).

No emesis

Compared with an active-control regimen, the regimen with EMEND provided superior and sustained efficacy in patients receiving HEC.

More patients on the regimen with EMEND remained free of vomiting on Days 1 through 5 compared with those on an active-control regimen (P<0.001).
