  • Verification of both medical and pharmacy insurance benefits
  • Collaboration with physician offices to answer insurance questions and help resolve specific coverage and reimbursement issues
  • Assistance with precertification, prior authorization, medical necessity, and appeals processes
    • Templates for prior authorization and medical necessity
    • Although the ACT program cannot submit prior authorization or medical necessity documentation, it can help your office understand the requirements and follow up with payers as appropriate.
  • Assess patients’ eligibility for patient assistance
