ACT provides personalized support and advocacy for patients throughout the reimbursement process. ACT Program Specialists are available to your office staff or your patients from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday, at 1-866-363-6379.

- Dedicated, personalized support
- Complete investigation of insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs
- Answers to questions about insurance coverage
- Comprehensive searches for alternate reimbursement resources (eg, state and federal assistance programs) and enrollment assistance for qualified patients
- Help with the Prior Authorization and Medical Necessity processes
- Help with facilitating the appeals process on the patient's behalf
- Coordination of the patient's receipt of EMEND from a preferred pharmacy
- Assessment of the patient's qualification for patient assistance
